Do you have a minimum?
There is no minimum for weddings. If you all need is a bridal bouquet, we will happily make you one!
Can I bring in my own vases?
You are welcome to provide your own containers, and our designers will recommend a size suitable for the floral arrangement discussed.
Do you sell loose flowers?
We will provide flowers and greenery in buckets for couples who would like to design their own arrangements or add fresh greenery to their ceremony or reception.
What do I do with the cake flowers?
Cake flowers are provided to your baker, most commonly on the morning of your wedding. Please note that we are not licensed to work with food and cannot place flowers and greenery on your cake..
What are your prices for wedding flowers?
Each arrangement costs vary depending on the specific flowers and greenery requested, size and style.
How do I book my complimentary consultation?

What do I need to do before booking my complimentary consultation?
Before you book your wedding consultation, you should have set your wedding date, picked out your wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses, your wedding colour palette and the venue.
How long do you need me to order my flowers before my wedding?
For medium to large weddings, about 6 - 12 months in advance and about 3 - 6 months for smaller weddings. You should book enough time before your wedding day to carefully look over your quote and make all the necessary changes.
How do I secure my wedding date?
To secure your wedding date, you first have to book a wedding consultation, and after the meeting, you need to pay the quote fee (non-refundable) to secure your wedding date.
Will you deliver, install and tear down my flower arrangements?
Yes! Please ask us during your wedding consultation to know more about how it works and the cost.
Why do I have to book a wedding consultation ahead of time?
We are a busy small shop and cannot accommodate walk-in wedding consultations. All wedding consultations are held only on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday during hours when the shop is closed, allowing us to give you our full attention without interruptions. Please note that we do not book wedding consultations on Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
And why does it have to be an in-person consultation?
We typically do the first initial wedding consultation in person because we have books, flowers, and greenery you can view at the shop. These visual aids help ease clients' worries and help them visualize their flowers for their special day.

What forms of payments do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interact.
Can I place a same-day pickup?
Yes! You can place a same-day pickup online before 12:30 pm (Eastern Time).
Will my arrangement look like the photo?
Our flower selection constantly changes with what is in season, and we cannot guarantee specific flowers in each arrangement. However, the overall look and feel will remain the same.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an email or text with your order number. If you need help, please contact us by email or phone; we would be happy to help!
Delivery FAQs
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton, Mississauga, Milton, the GTA, and surrounding areas. A delivery charge will be calculated at checkout.
Can I place a same-day delivery?
Please contact the shop at 905-332-6514 to inquire if we can accommodate your request. Please note that we only offer same-day delivery in Burlington.
Why do you need the recipient’s phone number?
It is important to include the recipient’s phone number to help coordinate the delivery. If no one is home, our driver will call the recipient for instructions to where to leave the flowers. Additional charges will apply in the event that we have to re-attempt delivery.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
The delivery driver will call the recipient to ask where to place the flowers or leave a voicemail where the flowers have been placed. The driver will leave the arrangement with the concierge/front desk when available. If we have to make a second attempt for delivery, an additional delivery charge will apply.
Please note that flowers cannot be left outside in cold weather if the temperature is below 0ºC.
What if I have special instructions for the driver?
You can include any special instructions for delivery (e.g. buzzer code, business, funeral home) in the box provided in the shopping cart.
When is the delivery cut off time?
Burlington same day delivery cut off time is at 12 pm and deliveries outside of Burlington are cut off at 11:30 pm the night before.
